The opaque sump is strong and resistant to chemicals as it is made of polypropylene. The black cap is made of high-flow polypropylene (HFPP) for stiffness. Whole house is not a single place to use it. The item is appropriate for well water, commercial and industrial filtration.

Filter cartridges can be changed with the help of the pressure release button you can find on the inlet side of the cap. 1 whole house water filter housing fits standard and has a long lifetime.
